Student Rocket Project Document Repository
The goal of this site is to provide easy access to all pertinent documents of the Student Rocket Project. Access is limited to members but is easily extended up an request to the Administrator. Ideally each major component will have its own page containing a brief description of the component and any relevant documentation. Any sub page can be edited by anyone who has been provided a password. While this works well for documents currently in the repository and for tracking changes to those documents already committed it does not provide an easy way to upload new files.
Thus two methods have been arrived at for adding new files. A document can be uploaded using the following tag
[[Media:file.pdf|alt text]]
Where the tag is enclosed in double brackets as would be done with an image.
.doc and .pdf files are enabled as well as most image types. If other extensions are needed they will be added as the Admin sees fit.
The alternative, and preferable manner, is to send all documents to the current administrator who will then filter the documents to the appropriate location in the repository and insure naming convetions are utilized correctly.

Welcome Documents and Tutorials
In order to facilitate newcomers and hold hands alike below find a welcome document describing the general project goals, current components to the primary project, outstanding projects, documentation and other generally expected best practices within the project. Following the welcome document find several tutorials either created, or found, by project members. These tutorials will help you learn how to use many of the tools which you will be exposed to while working with the project. If you find any other tutorials that would be of use or think we need a particular tutorial please contact the Admin.
